After spending 10 incredible years flying around the world as cabin crew, customer service became a huge part of who I am. My flying journey began with British Mediterranean Airways, then took me to Cairo where I worked on a private jet, and later to Dubai for corporate flying.

When I had my children, my time in the skies naturally came to an end — but my passion for connecting with people never did. After moving back to the UK from Dubai, I wanted to carry on doing what I loved most: creating memorable experiences and bringing a smile to people’s faces. That’s when the idea of The Coffee Jet was born — to bring the same level of care and service I gave at 38,000 feet down to the ground.

In 2023, my husband and I found a beautiful old 1958 Citroën HY van. It looked very different back then! Together, we customised and transformed it into something that truly reflects my personality — warm, welcoming, and full of character. And just like that, The Coffee Jet took flight.

Today, I serve specialty coffee and sweet and savoury crêpes at weddings, events, and markets across West Sussex and Surrey — always with a smile and a touch of that “first-class” service I brought with me from the skies.....
